I had the chance to see Round Rock’s newest public art installation, Ruby Sunstone Pineapple by Dale Chihuly, at our new City Arts Center—and it’s even more impressive in person.
It’s exciting to have the first permanent Chihuly installation in Central Texas right here in Round Rock. I hope you’ll take some time to visit our City Arts Center and experience it for yourself!

On Tuesday, I had the opportunity to attend the ribbon cutting celebrating the grand opening of Williamson County’s new Administration Building.
As Williamson County continues to experience tremendous growth, investing in modern, efficient facilities is essential to serving our residents well. This new building will help provide a better experience for customers while supporting the dedicated county employees who serve our community every day.
Congratulations to Williamson County on this important milestone, and thank you to everyone who helped make this project a reality!
Ribbon Cutting for this “final mile” Amazon facility. It is led by a RRHS graduate and they are already giving back to our community at the Round Rock Area Serving Center. It took a lot of work, collaboration, and time…but they are here and contributing to Round Rock!
